Blacks Power FC impounds Maroons’ handcuffs in Lira while Luweero United circumcises Kataka in Luweero

Blacks Power FC returned to winning ways on Thursday after a comfortable win against Prisons side, Maroons FC.

Goals from Ronny Beroghan and Joel Jangeyambe helped the Blacks maintain the top spot while Maroons drop up to third place.

The Lira based side went into the game fresh from the disappointing result against Ndejje University FC in Luweero.

Elsewhere, Mbale based Kataka FC lost 2-1 to Luweero United in Luweero dropping them to the 4th place.

Kyetume FC climbed upto the second place after a commanding win against Ndejje University in Mukono.

Tororo based MYDA FC came out victors after a 2-0 win against Nyamityobora in ‘the bottom of the table clash’ in Tororo.

Battling Proline also snatched a point away to Kitara.

In the next games, Blacks Power will host Kyetume in Lira while Maroons entertains Luweero United in Luzira. Kataka hosts Kitara in Mbale while Nyamityobora travel to West Nile to face Calvary. Myda travel to Proline.
