The India Women Entrepreneurs Conclave cultural festival and awards are set to happen this March come Saturday 12,2022 at UMA grounds in Nakawa.
While disclosing the event,Mrs. Jyotsna Ruparelia said it is such a great honor to celebrate and commend what Indian women have done over time and shouldn’t by any chance go unnoticed.
“Much as I don’t stay in India,the Indian culture is in my DNA and I want to congratulate all the winners of the Indian entrepreneurs awards.As a mother,a wife,a grandmother and an entrepreneur like you,I congratulate you and commend your good work. See you on 12th,” Mrs Jyotsna Ruparelia said.
“I also congratulate the Indian High commission in Uganda for organizing these awards and thank them for choosing to award Indian women entrepreneurs who have chosen to take the path less traveled” she added.
The Indian women entrepreneurs awards ceremony will see many Indian women in Uganda win different accolades for their roles in shaping the business economy in this country.
Jyotsna is the wife to Dr Sudhir Ruparelia; and also a director of Ruparelia Group of Companies.
Mrs Jyotsna who is a successful banker and entrepreneur, has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the Ruparelia family business where she has actively participated in operations and management.
She heads the grants division of the Ruparelia Foundation where she has worked tirelessly to empower thousands of women in the world.
Her expertise is in foreign exchange operations and financial management.
Jyotsna is well-known for her expert decision-making and management skills which have seen her successfully co-steered the various businesses to success.
She has experience working in management and control of foreign exchange operations which she got while working in the UK as a manager with Express Travel Bureau and as a trainee banker with Midland Banking in its foreign exchange department.
She is a director in several of the family’s companies.She is also a mother of three including the famous youthful Tycoon and Rally driver, Rajiv Ruparelia.
