Uganda Breweries Limited (UBL) on Friday walked home with 4 hopping accolades at the annual Prudential Best HR Practices Survey Report launch and awards ceremony that took place at Kampala Serena Hotel.
Organized by Prudential Uganda in partnership with PwC, the event saw UBL among others emerge Overall award winner for the second year running whilst retaining the tittle as the overall winner for Best HR Practices in Uganda.
The Prudential Best HR Practices Survey is a human capital and talent management survey aimed at giving employers an opportunity to hear from their employees on how they (the employees) assess their organization’s HR practices.
UBL was also never short of scooping other accolades including; Best Practices in Reward and Recognition, Employee Engagement and Enablement, and Performance and Talent Management.
While receiving the accolades, Eunice Waweru, Finance and Strategy Director at UBL applauded Prudential for organizing the awards and all UBL employees for participating in the survey.

Other category winners include Minet Uganda (Company Performance and Confidence), Cipla Quality Chemical Industries Limited (Quality and Innovation), Stanbic Bank Uganda (Diversity and Inclusion), Absa Bank Uganda (Workplace culture and environment) and MTN Uganda (Environmental, Social and Governance Compliance) among others.
