Others include Le saka-saka-pondu , Mossaka (chicken with the Moambe), Madesu (dish of beans) and Fumbwa among others which were all a clear testament of delicious tastes and an authentic aromas that filled the venue and the guests surely enjoyed the unforgettable moments!
According to the chefs of the night, the most enjoyed delicacy was Chicken Mayo which is said to be the most delicious recipe of Congolese cuisine ever! Wrong or right? Well, only those who have tasted it and compared them all. So, here is how its prepared; The small chicken pieces are mixed with pepper, chili, onion, and garlic. It is wrapped in parchment paper and grilled. Before it is cooked thoroughly, mayonnaise is then added to it and is grilled back and its finally ready to be served.
