The National Unity Platform party has this afternoon announced the cabinet of the minority government. In the official announcement read by the party secretary-general David Lewis Rubongoya at the party headquarters in Kamwokya, Masaka MP who also doubles as the NUP Vice president for Buganda, Hon. Mathias Mpuuga was pronounced the Leader of opposition in the 11th parliament.
Mpuuga is to be deputised by Hon. John Baptist Nambeshe of Manjiya county who is to be the Chief whip of parliament.
Mityana municipality legislator Zaake Francis Butebi has also been named the commissioner of parliament.
