A man in Kumi district has shocked everyone after winning over 200 million from sports betting.
Okurut, who is a retired police officer has been living in agony met his luck after sacrificing his ‘last penny’.
According to him, he was convinced by a colleague who ‘alleged’ to have won some good amount of money from the same people.
“A friend of mine who’s still serving advised me to join these guys. He gave me all the necessary steps to follow and the numbers to contact. When I contacted them, they gave me the details and I immediately made the payments, after making the payments, they told me to wait for about 2 days, after 2 days, i received the games,” he narrated.
“After receiving the games, i did exactly what they told me to do and the ticket won. I sent them the 15% they wanted from my winnings and that was it.”
“I want to thank UBA for coming into our lives to save us from this harsh world. Everything is now so easy for me. My kids will never suffer again and they can get whatever they wish for,” he revealed.
