A man in Kumi district has sold his motorcycle to stake on Manchester United to beat Arsenal in the premier league game.
Isaac Opolot, a boda boda rider in Kumi ditrict says that he got a vision from God through a dream and when he woke up in the morning, he heard a voice telling him to go and sell whatever he can to stake on this game.
Opolot sold his motorcycle on Saturday evening at 4 million, deposited it all to his betpawa account and staked it all on Man United to win.
“I got a positive dream, the dream was repetitive and in the morning, i heard a voice whispering to follow my dream. I got someone who has been asking to buy my bike, he was ready with money, I got the money and staked all. It was 4 million,” he revealed.
With the odds rising higher against the Red Devils, Opolot expects to walk away with 23 million shillings should Man United win the game.
Fellow boda boda riders have labeled Opolot as demon possed for making such a drastic move.
“Ebang ngon! He is a fool just, how do you sell your only source of income to bet? Who does that? And now after losing, he will want us to bail him from his suicidal minds, but we are all praying positively for him,” one of the boda boda riders said.
