A Ugandan student at Makerere University Business School (MUBS) is on cloud 9 after winning over 150 million from fixed games betting.
Innocent Ainebyona, revealed that he purchased the ticket from Uganda Bettors Association who assured him of not losing.
“I have been seeing stories of how people have been winning a lot of money from this website, so I decided it was time for me to give it a try. I contacted them through WhatsApp, they gave me the payment procedure, I made the payment and was told to wait for the next day they had games,” Innocent narrated.
“So when the day came, I reminded them and I received the games with all the instructions. I followed everything and it was a success at last. I just couldn’t believe that I won 150 million. Fortebet called me to their offices in Kololo to pick up the money. I was just so excited and couldn’t even believe it was real! Fortbet guys were asking me how I did it but I was told not to reveal such information to any betting company, I told them, it was my luck,”
