International singer Skales has praised Ugandan singer Eddy Kenzo upon scooping the grammy awards nomination.
Shortly after appearing on stage to perform at Jameson and Friends event held Sunday November 26,2022 at Motiv ware house in industrial area, Skales told Kampala Sqoop’s Emuk Benjamen who also doubles as CEO Benjie Management that it is a very huge achievement for Kenzo whom he said beat big names in appearing on the nomination list of the grammys.
The ‘Shaku Shaku’ hitmaker said Kenzo deserves being in that list because he does great music and has mastered the art in it very well.
Skales also added that humility, patience and humble background which have driven his success.
“Uganda should be great ful to have Kenzo as a singer,I have known him as a very great man who has developed the music industry.”
“And bro, that brother of mine is extremely well mannered, he is the kind of guy every artist should emulate and associate with,” Skales added.
The singer also revealed that he is very optimistic that Kenzo will bring the award to Uganda.
“There’s no doubt that Kenzo will finally bring the award to Uganda.”
Skales further more urged Ugandans to support Kenzo and make his dreams come true.
