NBS television presenter Douglas Lwanga has pleaded with Ugandans with issues with singer Jose Chameleon to allow the legend’s ‘Gwanga mujje’ concert finally take place.
The concert was early on slated to happen on 10th February 2023 but the heavy down pour backed up by strong wind couldn’t let it be. The wind blew down the whole stage few hours to the concert.
Unfounded rumor making rounds indicates that there was a possibility of witchcraft associated to the incident that happened. It was all rotating around the boda boda guy the ‘Dorotia’ hit maker physically assaulted.
With the show postponed to Friday February 24, 2023, the weather is again starting to act up as the clouds have started to gather again when it has been very from sunny and so many people are worried that what transpired on 10th might probably repeat itself.
As a fan and supporter, Douglas Lwanga through the popular daily show on NBS television requested Ugandans who are not happy with Chameleon, to forgive him and burry the hatchet.
He said at least they should give him a chance to move on with his show because he is human and does make mistakes like any other person.
“Please Ugandans who are not happy with Jose Chameleon forgive him. Let his ‘Gwanga mujje’ concert happen because he has cried enough. I don’t know if there is anyone behind it but if there is, please forgive Jose Chameleon,” said Lwanga.
Last Sunday Chameleon reportedly went to Pastor Bugembe’s church for prayers and blessings to make sure his ‘Gwanga mujje’ concert happens.
