Singer real name Ronald Magada alias Maro is back with a bang.
The self proclaimed RnB Kyabazinga(King of RnB) has come big a head of the re-opening of the night life in Uganda.
Scoop has established that Maro is back in the country but is hiding in Jinja.But why is he in Jinja,is he hiding or what?
Maro revealed that its not necessary to know where he is but his music will speak to the fullest.
President Museveni during the new year nation address,announced that the economy will be fully opening,most notable being bars and night clubs slated for Monday January 24,2022.
Speaking about his big come back,Maro said that he went silent for a reason and decided to do some honours musically.
While in Germany,Maro says he thought about working on a song titled ‘The Girl in the Yellow Jumper,’ which follows the success of a local movie also titled ‘ the girl in the yellow jumper’ which made history last year.
Maro said that in a bid to promote the song, he has also made the movie popular in Germany where he has currently been living after he left Uganda a few months ago.
Maro is always in and out of the country after he found two homes when he married a German woman who blessed him with a beautiful baby girl.
Maro has not been actively doing music and this year, the girl in the yellow jumper hit, produced by Eros Beats at his Volume Up, Sampolo featuring Simon Bunks 13 produced by Nexo and Zuli Tums, and finally the Christmas song he did in Germany at Grenzland Records with Producer Erik Kempka.
Maro has been silent throughout 2021 with only one release ‘Sampolo’ featuring up and raising artiste Simon Bunks 13.
At the end of 2021, the singer decided to break the silence with a Christmas song that he did in Germany with Producer Erik Kempka in Grenzland Records.
On his return to Uganda for Christmas, Maro promoted the song widely and this pushed him back to his studio (Volume Up) in Kampala, where he recorded with Producer Eros. The song dubbed ‘The Girl in the Yellow Jumper’ according to Maro is connected to the ‘The Girl in Yellow Jumper movie although it’s not the theme song for the Ugandan movie.
According to the Anjagala hitmaker, the song was done as part of the promotion for the first-ever Ugandan film to feature on Netflix.
Maro promises nothing but hits this year since he has been silent musically.
He also revealed that, I am going to rock my fans and all they should do is relax and wait for what I cooked for them,its some good stuff,the vibe is on,” he told Chimpreports.
Asked how many new songs he has so far,the singer said it will be a surprise to his fans and music lovers.
