Excitement is at a fever-pitch in Uganda as the entire band of UB40 featuring Ali Campbell is expected to touch down at Entebbe Airport early Friday at 2:00 am ahead of their concert at the Kololo Independence grounds this Saturday.

With just one day to the show, the 20-member band’s arrival and Ali Campbell as lead singer will be nothing short of a spectacle, with a warm reception planned at the airport.

Talent Africa’s C.E.O Ali Alibhai, together with partners from NBS will be on ground to welcome UB40 to the Pearl of Africa. NBS’ Douglas Lwanga is already at the Kenyatta Airport in Nairobi, waiting to receive the band and usher them to Entebbe Airport.

Preparations for the concert are in full gear, with organizers working tirelessly to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for attendees. Notable companies like Rosefoam, Stanbic Bank, and Sheraton among others have joined Talent Africa group and NBS television on this momentous celebration of 15 years.

In addition to UB40 featuring Ali Campbell’s headline act, the concert will showcase Uganda’s amazing musical talent with artists including; Bebe Cool, Vinka, Rema Namakula, Navio, and Weasel, among others slated to perform alongside the international sensation. This fusion of musical talent is set to create an atmosphere of celebration as NBS TV celebrates 15 years on the Ugandan media scene.
