Uganda female Member of Parliament representing Pallisa, Hon Alupo Faith has reportedly succumbed to the deadly coronavirus.

Alupo was pronounced dead on Tuesday afternoon at Mulago Hospital in Kampala.
This website is awaiting a final report from the health ministry on the cause of her demise.
It should be noted that NRM’s Faith Alupo was declared as the new Palisa district woman Member of Parliament race without elections.
Alupo became unopposed after the Electoral Commission boss alternated the candidature of the Opposition Forum for Democratic Change’s (FDC) Achola Catherine Osupelem.
Achola who was the only one contesting against NRM’s Alupo in the race was not eligible to remain in the race following the complaint raised by the ruling party.
It was alleged that Achola’s names nominated did not match with those that are on her academic papers something that is against the law.
