African music stars including Uganda’s Reggae, Dancehall sensation real name Baguma Crescent better known by stage name as Beenie Gunter, Tanzania’s bongo flava singer Ali Saleh Kiba and Legendary Congolese Soukous singer, composer, drummer, songwriter dancer and producer real name Louis Albert William Longomba, alias Awilo Longomba, fired up the streets of Canada-Toronto.
The incredibly talented sensations won hearts with their extra-ordinary performances that dominated the annual Afro-Fest in Toronto with electrifying sounds of Dancehall, Afro-beat, and Afro-pop from July 5th to July 7th, 2024.

The three stars were as well joined by the legendary Grammy-nominated group Mafikizolo, who equally mashed up the show, and lit Toronto with love!

Beenie Gunter commanded the stage with his infectious energy and captivating performance. Seamlessly blending his signature dancehall Jamaican sound with pulsating rhythms, Beenie Gunter had the crowd on their feet, singing and dancing along to his hit tracks like “On Me” and “Teppinn.”
Sharing the spotlight, The ‘coupé bibamba’ hitmaker Awilo Longomba delivered a masterclass, his smooth vocals, and mesmerizing dance moves leaving the audience in awe. The performance by Beenie Gunter, Alikiba, and Awilo Longomba was a true highlight, as the singers fed off each other’s energy, creating a musical synergy that resonated with the enthusiastic crowd.
