Breaking: Justice Alfonse Owiny-Dollo Appointed New Chief Justice

Justice Alfonse Owiny-Dollo has been appointed the new Chief Justice and will be deputized by Justice Richard Buteera.

The two will face parliaments appointments committee before assuming their offices.
