Brig Gen Emmanuel Mulindwa is dead.
Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) has confirmed the death of Brig Gen Emmanuel Mulindwa.
Gen Flavia Byekwaso,UPDF spokesperson confirmed the news saying Mulindwa passed on Wednesday afternoon at Mulago.
Mulindwa has been the Acting Chief of Administration and Personnel.
