The Mayanja family, through singer Jose Chameleone, has shared the funeral program for their late son and brother, Humphrey Mayanja, who passed away recently.
Through social media In a heartfelt post, Chameleone expressed gratitude to all those standing with them during this difficult time and shared the details of the arrangements for Humphrey’s final journey.
Below is the Funeral Programme for Humphrey Mayanja:
Tuesday:
- Mass: A mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lweza at 12 noon.
- Vigil: Following the mass, a vigil will take place at Kitiko, Kigo, near Memorial Hospital.
Wednesday – Burial Day:
- Burial: The burial ceremony will commence at Kalangaalo, Singo, off Mubende Road, at 2:00 PM.
- Service: Prior to the burial, a service will be held at Kalangaalo at 12 noon.
The Mayanja family extends their appreciation to everyone who has offered support and solidarity during this trying period. Their collective strength and love provide solace as they bid farewell to Humphrey, a beloved brother and cherished member of their family.
Humphrey was diagnosed with cancer in 2023 after experiencing stomach complications during a trip to the United States. He breathed his last on the 29th of March 2024 at the Mulago Cancer Institute.
