Social media was on Thursday awash after a viral video emerged online showing how she was allegedly served a Cafe Javas Milkshake with a dead rat inside.
According to the girl, she found the dead rat at the bottom of the tin after finishing the expensive milkshake and was left horrified by the incident accusing the restaurant of negligence.
“This rat I found in my milkshake from Café Javas, yeah the people we feel so proud of…and they tell me to have this worked upon, I need to get a lawyer.” the lady is heard narrating in the video below.
The girl further revealed that she was told to find a lawyer in order to attract Café Javas’ attention.
At the moment, investigations are underway to ascertain whether it was a service mistake, or a planted rat by a malicious customer.
