My name is Mukisa Elisha, a former Uganda Gay here in Uganda, I would like to respond to a disturbing tweet on social media made by Antony J. Blinken, the U.S Secretary of State if where he tweeted and in simple meaning, clearly indicates that if Uganda went ahead to pass the Anti Homosexuality Bill, it would reverse the gains in the fight against HIV / AIDS.
In my opinion based on my personal experience, Why can’t the US do it in their countries and leave Uganda alone? I would like to first of all say this to Blinken, you are not right at all.
I will secondly give you a small brief of who I am and why I oppose to such a great lie like that you tweeted on your official Twitter account;
HIV programs both locally and internationally are pro Gay or Sodom promoting programs, a reason as to why i say; Homosexuals have made it a tendency to hide behind HIV Programs while delivering their Gay agenda hiding behind health care.
Personally, recall back then when I was still in the LGBTQ community like they like to refer it to but of course it’s wrong because for a group of people to be called a community they must be organized and people of integrity among others.
My explanation for this comes from my personal experience as a former LGBTQ member Under SMUG an LGBTQ organization that I worked for, a very long time, we would receive funds from USA and other counter parts both for direct promotion of Homosexuality in Uganda but also for promoting Homosexuality hiding behind health. We would stage fake health outreaches to different communities in Uganda but it should be noted that our main objective was recruitment of new members.
Out of heavy funding that we receive, we would run so many American Gay Birth Houses known as Safe shelters for queer people in Uganda where we would have parties in there, drink liquor in celebration, while sodomizing each other and do nothing but sodomy activities, later we would explain to public in case of any invasion that we are a health oriented center but in actually sense not.
The other truth that is never revealed about HIV programs especially those in Uganda is the fact that many Private Hospitals and clinics have been created to specifically concentrate on treating Homosexuals and the data collected is never shared any where not even with the Ministry of Health that is in charge of that.
A number of People living with HIV with in the LGBT rises every now and then. I know people may want to disagree on this point and that’s due to the fact that there is currently no statistics to show how many Homosexuals are living with HIV under the Ministry of Health, one can’t really tell. In fact, you can’t tell unless you become a member of that same LGBTQ and have access to these gay clinics who specifically treat Homosexuals alone.
However the truth which is never shared any where, is that 95% of the queer people in Uganda are living with HIV/AIDS and continue spreading it to other new and old members that convert and conform to that same group of people.
We all know most Ugandans are religious and traditionalists who hate Homosexuality and because of this, homosexuals managed to convince the authorities in Uganda to allow them at least hide behind either Advocacy for basic health care services for specifically queer people or lying that they are actually advocating for health care services for all Ugandans which is actually not the case. By this, i am trying to differentiate from what the U.S Secretary of State submitted on Tweeter, is that HIV Programs are not only harboring Homosexual agendas but also another route for Homosexuals to continue their Gay promotion hiding behind health care services.
If indeed HIV Programs are of benefit in the fight and spread of HIV/ AIDS, why then don’t we see any statistics that show a number LGBTQs who get infected and are living with HIV? Why can’t we be transparent with the digits of how many people in the Gay community are living or contract HIV at least quarterly.
This is due to the fact that Homosexual Facilitators while in their activities that they host in the American Gay Birth Houses call them shelters if you like, normally lie to Homosexuals and their recruits that the safest type of sex is Anal Sex which is wrong of course, they continue to lie and indoctrinate their recruits that one doesn’t have to use a condom since Anal sex is safe, yet in actual sense Anal sex transmits HIV/ AIDS at a very faster rate.
I have a number of friends with in the LGBTQ who are currently living with HIV, both on medication and those not yet enrolled and are suffering silently, the same facts about them are never mentioned any where. Why I continue to say HIV Programs are Pro Gay Programs is the fact that we have 3o Gay Organizations in Uganda that specifically render health services to only queer people. One would be forced to ask thus, why wouldn’t these queer people go for health treatment with in public health centers and decide to create their own private hospitals and clinics including; Marpi in Mulago , Ark Well Ness at Acacia in Kololo, Ice Breakers Uganda along Salama Road, Crane survey at Rev House Wandegeya and Alive medical center in Namuwongo among others?
These HIV Programs that every one thinks are helping people in the LGBTQ to reduce contraction of HIV, are only holding them captives and hostages more than doing them any better service.
Shelter Safe homes are freely paid off by western countries for homosexuals to continue sodomizing each other without protection measures like use of condoms despite the fact that the homosexuals claim to be using lubricant oils which help in the lubrication of that process while in their activities of sodomizing each other. And to be on record, those lubricant oils are also donated to LGBTQ People in Uganda by western countries since there is no single factory in Uganda that manufactures such products.
I just wanted to respond to that lame excuse on Homosexuals to demand for their so-called-rights, yet they hide much behind HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment programs yet in actual sense many of LGBTQ members are silently living with HIV together with Hepatitis B and which is never revealed anywhere.
My advise to Ugandans is to all come out and fight for the passing of this evil bill, we all have to make it happen so as to save lives of many Ugandans in the hands of those devils, the west.
