The 2021 presidential candidate and the Kyadondo East Lawmaker, Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has finally spoken about his age.
On Saturday, Bobi Wine took to his official social media handles to assure Ugandans that there is no cause for alarm with regard to all his records whether academic or otherwise.
He says that his attention was drawn to an alteration in his information on the official Parliament website where his year of birth was altered from 1982 to 1980 without his knowledge.
He added that the Parliament IT department denied any knowledge about who changed his details.
Furthermore, Bobi said that he has tasked the department to explain this incident and he will be speaking to the director soon. However, he said that they rectified the anomaly immediately.
“In the meantime, treat these as the usual desperate attempts by the regime to block, embarrass or detract its opponent. Unfortunately, at every interval, they have always easily found some tools to use in these shameful maneuvers. They have done worse things and they will do more, but NOTHING, COMPLETELY NOTHING will stop our revolution,” part of his post reads.
He also assured that he will address the public about all the surroundings.
