Kadaga Moves to Shake EALA

Having successfully served as Speaker of Parliament of Uganda for two terms. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga now moves to represent as Minister for East African Community Affairs.

Kadaga, according to some of the EALA members, will cause a drastic change in the way the assembly has been operating.

She takes to the assembly vast knowledge and experience she has attained in the past, being the first female Speaker of Parliament in the history of Uganda ever.

Some of the EALA members revealed that the iron lady has already leant of corruption and lack of seriousness in few members of the house. Notable is a one Kadonya who is substantively a senior clerk assistant who was appointed in acting capacity as clerk during the absence of a substantive Clerk.

The coming of the Rt. Hon Rebecca Kadaga from Uganda has also increased the community’s capacity as she is known as a- hands-on person that talks less and does all.

The appointment followed the expiry of the contracts of Mr. Kenneth Madete and Mr Alex Obtre the professional two Clerk and deputy clerk respectively.

Kadonya was a research assistant whose knowledge of administration is wanting according to the general view of the community.

Kadonya is spotted spending much time spreading rumors against Community ministers and the Assembly he ought to serve before the press.

Also notable is that Kadonya serves the interests of the DSG Mlote and the former SG Mfmukeko who was incriminated by reports over corruption.

Tanzania has however discovered the Cartel of Mlote,Mr Kabudi and Mbundi all leaders in Tanzania that have been fighting integration.

The New President, H.E. Samia Suruhu first made her comments known during a meeting of Parliament of Kenya that she has discovered technocrats that are fighting the East African community from within.

Her excellent handling the matters has resulted in the removal of Kabudi from the EAC Docket and appointing the very able Hon. Liberata Mulamula that has immediately rescinded the earlier wrong positions taken by the Cartel members Kabudi and Mbundi. The team has lost out on their schemes.

The Assembly has since moved a Motion by Hon Mbidde from Uganda for the dismissal of Kadonya and accordingly stands dismissed pending confirmation of the secretary general Dr. Peter Mathuki another no nonsense man at the secretariat.

The ministers from Kenya and Burundi are equally disinterested in the Cartel thus all sends a message of success to the community.
