The 2025 Jameson Hangout at Ndere Cultural Center was a night to remember, and Kenneth Mugabi stole the show with an A-game performance that left the crowd in awe! From the moment the gates opened at 4 PM, the crowds gathered in large numbers, buzzing with anticipation.
They enjoyed music performances, DJ mixes, and sipped on Jameson whiskey cocktails, or for the true whiskey lovers, Jameson on the rocks, all while soaking in the electric atmosphere. But when Kenneth hit the stage, the energy soared even higher.
Dressed in white and ready to take over, he delivered an incredible performance of his hits, including ‘Nkwegomba,’ ‘Kibun’omu’ and ‘Sanyu.’ The crowd was on fire, dancing, singing, and living every moment of his performance.
But it wasn’t over yet! When Kenneth hinted at wrapping up his set, the audience wasn’t having it. They demanded more, chanting for him to stay and perform his signature song Nanki, the anthem of love that resonates with music lovers everywhere. And of course, Kenneth delivered, closing the show with the track that had everyone singing in unison, proving once again why he’s a true superstar.
The night didn’t stop there, though! DJ mixes from Deejays Tony & Tukus kept the energy flowing, while artists like Mike Mungu, Prof Joewi & Black Wave Sound, City Girl/Rulz, Lynda Ddane, DJ Shawn & Yanny, DJ Bugy, and more brought their own flair to the stage. The hosts Adele & Josh kept the vibes alive, with special performances from Adele featuring Prof Joewi and Josh MC with City Girl.
The Jameson Hangout, organized by Talent Africa Group and Pernod Ricard in partnership with Safeboda and NRG Radio, was a night full of music, fun, and unforgettable moments. This was truly an experience that set the bar high for future editions.
