Government spokesperson Ofono Opondo has Wednesday 12 been discharged from Nakasero hospital where he was admitted.
Ofono was admitted Friday 7 at Nakasero hospital where he has been battling diabetes.
The outspoken Opondo took to his Twitter Wednesday afternoon, thanking all those who stood by him in such a trying moment.
“Today i am discharged from
Nakasero Hospital where l was admitted last Friday with diabetes. Thanks to the wonderful professionals.”
He added, “I am very grateful for all the goodwill messages, support ,visits received from you family, friends and Comrades at Uganda Media Center.”
