According to Allan Tendo, the Executive Director of Kasolo Foundation, the youths were trained in different fields that include financial literacy, farming and savings. Among these, a number of 156 were retained and are currently permanent employees of the Foundation whereas the others went on to start their own businesses.

Mr Tendo cited that the Foundation has helped to shape the youths of Masaka and Kyoeta, “Most of the youths in Kyotera think about making money and becoming rich.”
Tendo also added that the time these youths would have spent doing all sorts of evil, is well spent working or learning at the Kasolo Foundation Training Centre.
