Police have this morning arrested the Forum for Democratic Change – FDC party flag bearer Eng. Patrick Amuriat Oboi and whisked him to Kyambogo cricket grounds for nomination.
Amuriat was however dumped at the nomination centre without his seconder and other supportive documents. He was also seen walking on barefoot.
