Dr Stella Nyanzi has been arrested at the Kenya-Uganda border.
This came after she was spotted entering the country through a porous border.
It is reported that she was detected by security operatives who are said have been tracking all her movements.
It still remains unclear when and how she left Uganda for Kenya since the borders are closed due to the novel coronavirus pandemic that led to the shutdown of all the borders leading into and out of the country.
Nyanzi made a stopover at a petrol station where she was arrested in a Toyota car she was driving.
