Presidential candidate, Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has been blocked by security forces from proceeding to Buikwe district where he is slated to have his presidential campaign.
According to police, Bobi Wine is not allowed to move into Buikwe with all the 15 cars he is moving with due to the strict guidelines set by the police.
“The ambulance came full of armed forces instead of carrying casualties. Now it is here blocking us from proceeding to the rally venue. They are playing delaying tactics but we shall get to where we are going,” Bobi Wine said.
“Just yesterday Museveni apologised for killing unarmed innocent Ugandans. Today from Nakifuma armed forces have murdered five innocent Ugandans,” he added.
