Stephen Wakko, a Kigulu South NRM flag-bearer aspirant has been declared dead according to James Mubi the Police spokesperson in Busoga Region.
Wakko has been taking part in the on-going NRM Primaries.
According to his associates, Waako who has been the diocesan lands and estates officer was involved in a nasty a motor accident yesterday in Kakira on his way back after campaigns.
