UCU Student Wins 400 Million in Sports Betting, Drops Out of School

A Uganda Christian University (UCU) student has stunned his peers by quitting school after bagging a staggering 400 million UGX from sports betting.

Isaac, a second-year student at UCU’s Arua campus, had been struggling to make ends meet when he decided to take a gamble—quite literally. After reading countless success stories about the Uganda Bettors Association (UBA), a group that provides fixed sports betting games, he made a daring move.

“I was skeptical at first, but after thorough research, I decided to take the risk,” Isaac revealed. “I staked my hostel fees and pocket money to subscribe for their fixed games. It was all or nothing.”

Isaac found the association’s WhatsApp contact on their website and reached out. Instead of placing the bets himself, he asked the association to stake on his behalf to avoid any mistakes. Once they placed the ticket, all he could do was wait.

“I didn’t sleep that night. I didn’t even follow the games. All I did was pray.”

Morning came, and with trembling hands, he checked the results.

“The first match had won. My heart started racing. I checked the second—it had won too! I lost it! I jumped up, screaming like a madman. People around me thought something was wrong!” he recounted, still overwhelmed by the life-changing moment.

With 400 million shillings now in his bank account, Isaac sees no reason to continue with school.

“Why struggle with books when I’ve already achieved financial freedom? If you want to change your life like I did, visit Uganda Bettors Association’s website. Your story could be next!” he encouraged.
