106.5 NRG Radio Uganda has been recognized as the Best Radio Station in East Africa by the East Africa Arts Entertainment Awards. This recognition comes as a testament to NRG Radio Uganda’s unmatched commitment to shaping culture, particularly among the youth.
Despite being operational in Uganda for only one year, NRG Radio Uganda has swiftly emerged as a change maker, revolutionizing the radio industry not only in Uganda but across the East African region. Focused at redefining radio experience, NRG Radio Uganda goes beyond the conventional boundaries of studio-based broadcasting, offering audiences an immersive and experiential audio-visual radio experience.
Barbra Lynda, the head of brand at NRG Radio Uganda, expressed profound gratitude for the award, stating, “Receiving this recognition in our inaugural year surpasses all our expectations.
