The cabinet Minister of Defence and Veterans Affairs Adolf Mwesige has been trounced in the Bunyangabu County NRM Primary elections.
According to the preliminary results seen by this website, newcomer Kamukama Davis is in the lead, while incumbent Adolf Mwesige is 2nd in the race.
Other contenders in the race include Nyakahuma Robert and Dr. Owomujuni Vincent.
Mwesige has been the Bunyangabu County MP since 1996!
