Kamapala Capital City Authority (KCCA) football club on Tuesday showcased an extraordinary display on the pitch in a 8-0 win against Onduparaka at the MTN Omondi stadium.
Brian Aheebwa broke the deadlock in the 17th minute after a thrilling assist from Sam Ssenyonjo. Six months later, Herbert Achai scored a stunner from thirty five yards to double the hosts lead.
The Catapillars looked defeated, lost and outnumbered which gave Sam Ssenyonjo an advantage to score the third for KCCA in the 28th minute an assist from Aheebwa. He picked up his brace in the 37th another assist from Aheebwa to make it 4-0 for KCCA.
Aheebwa also scored his second of the game and 5th for the garbage collectors in the 45th minute just before the break.
In the 56th minute just eleven minutes into the second half, Ssenyonjo slotted home again to seal his hat trick after a brilliant assist from Keziron Kizito and also his seventh in six appearances for the Kasasiro boys before Brian Aheebwa struck his hat trick nine minutes later to push the hosts to 7-0.
Moses Aliro was introduced in for Hassan Musana in the 68th minute for the host before Brian Aheebwa netted his fourth of the game in the 73rd minute to tally the score to 8-0.
Ahebwa has now scored 5 goals in two games.
The Caterpillars came into this game having won only once and drawn once in the last seven meetings at the MTN Omondi stadium.
In the pre-match interview, KCCA head coach Mike Mutebi had said his boys needed to be hungrier even when they score or take a lead which the boys fulfilled with a massive victory.
KCCA are now back on top of the table having played two games with two wins.
