MultiChoice Uganda, the home of great Pay TV in Uganda is giving back to its customers on DSTV and GOTV in their festive campaign.
To celebrate the festive season, DSTV and GOTV are offering their customers a reason to enjoy their holidays a little more in form of free package upgrades at no extra cost.
A customer who renews their subscription automatically gets upgraded to the next package for free.
While speaking at the launch, Lois Kwikiriza the Head of Marketing at Multichoice Uganda broke it down and explained how it works.
“All customers currently on GOTV Value bouquets will get an upgrade to GOTV Plus, while GOTV Plus customers will be bumped up to GOTV Max, DSTV Compact Plus package, will be upgraded automatically and at no cost to a DSTV Premium package, giving viewers a variety of channels, shows, and movies to enjoy.”
Rinaldi Jamugisa, the Public Relations and Communications Manager further stated that the festive season is a time when family comes together and as Multichoice, they want viewers to enjoy their holiday with a wider variety of channels to watch with their loved ones.
‘We want our customers to know that we are always thinking about how to add value to their lives. And we’re not leaving them out of our seasonal celebrations. We will always provide them with the best entertainment and a wide selection of premium local and international content, and now they can access that on a higher package, for free!’
This campaign will run from the 19th of December 2022 to the 24th of January 2023, DSTV and GOTV customers only have to keep their subscriptions active and DSTV will upgrade them to the next higher package free of charge.
