Kyadondo East Legislator, Robert Sentamu Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has been dully nominated on Tuesday to contest in 2021 general election as he seeks to unseat incumbent Yoweri Tibuhaburwa Kaguta Museveni.
While addressing Ugandans at Kyadondo, the chairman Electoral Commission Justice Simon Byabakama declared Bobi Wine as a duly nominated presidential candidate.
”I, Justice Simon Byabakama, declare Robert Kyagulanyi, a duly nominated presidential candidate for the 2021 general election,” EC Chairperson, Justice Byabakama said.
Bobi Wine now becomes a fourth candidate to be nominated after the electoral commission cleared the candidature of Gen. Mugisha Muntu Gregory of the Alliance for National Transformation – ANT, NRM’s Yoweri Museveni and Henry Tumukunde who came as an independent candidate.
