Lwengo District Chief Financial Officer Paul Serwada is in hot soup for alledgedly collecting illegal taxes.
Serwada’s audio attempting to corrupt an activist who was questioning him why he continued to oversee and supervise illegal collections of market dues commonly known as ‘Empooza’ that were abolished went viral.
However this is not the first scandal serwada has been sighted in as has been involved in numerous dubious dealings in the district.
