Former Security Minister & Spy Boss, Lt. Gen (Rtd) Henry Tumukunde has been nominated on Monday to contest in 2021 general election as he seeks to oust his former boss, Gen. Yoweri Museveni.
The electoral commission chairperson Justice Simon Byabakama, earlier on ordered Tumukunde to report to the commissioner of oaths to correct an anomaly that was detected in his documents.
Tumukunde now becomes the second candidate to be nominated after President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa
