Police in Gulu has arrested the Forum for Democratic Change – FDC party president Eng. Patrick Amuriat Oboi over flouting COVID-19 guidelines.
Amuriat was arrested from Awere Open Grounds in Layibi-Bardege division in Gulu City where he was scheduled to address voters.
Amuriat is currently being detained at Gulu Central Police station in Gulu City.
