MultiChoice Uganda, the leading home of pay TV in Uganda comprising of DStv and GOtv, has announced the slight adjustment of monthly subscription fees for its customers.
The development comes as a result of research and speculation that businesses are steadily recovering and will greatly improve and return to normal in the few weeks to come.
Having carefully understood the business terrain in the country, the company deemed it necessary to make slight adjustments to its fees in a bid to improve service delivery and programming to its esteemed customers.
While unveiling the new price adjustments, Mr. Rinaldi Jamugisa, PR and communications Manager MultiChoice Uganda informed MultiChoice customers that, “Please note that MultiChoice will implement a price adjustment on DStv and GOtv packages effective 1 April 2023.”
It should be well noted that MultiChoice has for years been considerate to its customers and always listened and heed to their demands. The company lowered the package prices for its customers during the hard times including COVID-19 outbreak which led to the shutdown of many businesses and heavily affected people’s finances and resources.
Rinaldi added, thus, “Across the African continent, DStv and GOtv still presents the most value from other competitive pay TV offerings. Over the past 28 years, MultiChoice has worked tirelessly to ensure it provides an unrivalled bouquet of channels to watch – and platforms to view them on – for the entire family.
DStv now boasts of over 230 channels and GOtv offers our customers an array of content including audio, sport, kids, news, and entertainment,” said Rinaldi.
