The MP aspirant for Mawogola North, Godfrey Aine Kaguta this morning urged the people of Mawogola North to remain calm and peaceful, amidst the forthcoming NRM primaries set to be happening this Wednesday.

During his address to his voters, Aine Kaguta, popularly known as Sodo, thanked the president of Uganda for his support during the campaigning period.

“I would like to thank the President of the republic of Uganda and my brother, His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, for taking time off to come to Ssembabule to guide me during this campaign.

I would also like to thank him for giving me his blessing and endorsement, and I’m very confident that this win is coming to the Sodo camp,” he explained.

He also thanked his family who took time out of their busy schedules to be camped in Mawogola to support him.

“I would like to thank my brothers, who have been here for over a month, providing much needed advice and guidance on how to go about this election.

Contrary to what has been said, our family isn’t under any rift because of my intended political ambitions. We are very much united and my family supports me fully,” Sodo explained.
