A security officer in Soroti City has shot a woman this morning at Opportunity Bank.
Police are still searching for the culprit as he immediately fled the scene.
Meanwhile, the victim who was shot in the shoulder has been rushed to the hospital.
A witness says that the security officer had been threatening to kill the woman for a while because she left him and went with his child.
