VIDEO: How Museveni survived venomous snake attack

President Yoweri Museveni was so shocked as a poisonous snake emerged from nowhere and attempted to harm him at a public gathering.

The president was addressing youth leaders from over 50 African countries at Speke Resort Munyonyo when the snake ‘wanted to kill him’.

He was speaking to over 800 youth leaders who had converged at the venue for the 4th African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) Youth Symposium.

Midway his speech, the snake advanced towards the president and his guards were however quick enough to stop it.

Cautious, the former NRA rebel after who spent so much time in the bush in eighties stopped talking and asked, “What is it?”



Museveni however calmed down soon and continued with his speech, but the visitors were even more scared as they screamed in fear.

It’s said that this is not the first time that a snake has attempted to attack Museveni.

It’s also reported that not so long ago, commandos fought with a cow that attacked the president at his Kisozi farm.
