This morning, Police used teargas to disperse People Power activists who had flocked Baluntuma road in Mengo as 2021 Kampala City Lord Mayor hopeful Joseph Mayanja unveiled his office.
According to the police, the event organizers did not respect any SOPs as they were found packed at the venue.
