A man has been arrested within Parliament premises this afternoon with a human head in a box. The suspect, said it is a gift to Speaker Rebecca Kadaga.

According to security sources, the “gift” was intercepted by security at the parliament Northern gate, opposite National Theater.
By press time, information to this incident was still scanty as security officials decline to speak to the media.
Speaker Kadaga sits on the 6th floor of the Northern wing of the Parliamentary building.
The parliament spokesperson Hellen Kaweesa says she is waiting for an official report from police.
